Reactions to the 2014-2015 NBA Championship and NBA Finals MVP Announcement

After 40 stressful years of failure and disappointment, the Golden State Warriors have renewed their status as NBA Champions.
And while this should be a perfect opportunity for Golden State to celebrate, head coach Steve Kerr is taking this time to exhale and process what his team has finally accomplished.
"I can't tell you how many things are going through my mind because we've spent so much of our time competing," Kerr said. "But the one thing I'd forgotten was the grind. It has been 12 years since I'd last been here with San Antonio, and it's a long, grueling two months."
While Kerr takes a breather in an effort to allow his team to savor the victory, however, the unselfish leaders of the 2014-2015 NBA Champions continue throwing compliments at one specific individual, NBA Finals MVP Andre Iguodala.
"I always said Andre's a pro's pro," said Warriors forward Draymond Green. "He's a professional guy and it showed, and that's why he's MVP of the series and that's why we're champions."
"He was special, and obviously he deserved that Finals MVP for the way he impacted the game on both ends [of the court]," said NBA MVP Stephen Curry. "I can't say enough about that guy."
"He's the ultimate professional. I mean, that guy works on his game every single day. He never complains. He's accepted his role like a true pro, and he stepped up when we needed him most," said Warriors guard Klay Thompson. "I'm so proud of Andre. He deserves everything that's coming his way."
Indeed, Andre Iguodala definitely deserves everything that is coming his way.
At age 31, he has finally become an NBA Champion, as well as an NBA Finals MVP.
