Golden State Warriors @ Boston Celtics 03/01/2015

Coming off of a dominant performance in Toronto, the Golden State Warriors were seeking to find their consistency tonight in Boston. Many critics of the team throughout the season have questioned their legitimacy because of their inability to shake mediocre opponents. Tonight, the Warriors would look to silence those doubters.
The game did not start as Golden State had intended. The Warriors were being punished on both ends of the court, as the Celtics (23-33) pushed their lead to a seemingly insurmountable margin.
Midway through the second quarter, Boston was leading Golden State by 26 points. In order to win this game, the Warriors were going to have to pump out their biggest comeback of the season.
And that they did.
However, their impressive comeback did not happen all at once. It started out gradually, as slowly, but surely, Golden State climbed their way back into the contest.
As usual, Stephen Curry led the way, dropping in 37 points in 37 minutes of playing time. Other key contributors to their furious rally included Klay Thompson (20 points), Harrison Barnes (17 points), and Draymond Green (14 points).
The Warriors' intense efforts were eventually rewarded when Isaiah Thomas rimmed out the game-tying three with mere seconds to go in regulation. Curry collected the rebound, took an intentional foul, and drained both free throws to secure the 106-101 victory for Golden State.
''This was a fun challenge for us,'' coach Steve Kerr remarked after the game. ''If we lost, it wouldn't have been the end of the world. But we were down and we came back. I was happy that we showed good poise.''
The Warriors will look to close out their longest road trip of the season with a victory tomorrow night in Brooklyn.
