Golden State Warriors @ Phoenix Suns 03/09/2015

Following a colossally huge victory against the Los Angeles Clippers yesterday afternoon, the Golden State Warriors flew south for a quick one-game road trip.
In tonight's contest, the Warriors would seek to turn the tables in the desert against a strong divisional foe - the Phoenix Suns.
Entering the game, however, history was definitely not on Golden State's side, as the Warriors held a miserable record of 10-72 in games on Arizona soil since 1980.
Nevertheless, on this particular night, Golden State refused to be deterred.
After a rocky first half, the Warriors flashed their dominance in the second half, steamrolling the Suns in a 98-80 blowout win.
This victory marked a quite significant milestone for Golden State: 50 wins. Indeed, for the first time in franchise history, the Warriors have won 50 games in back-to-back seasons.
Needless to say, this team will likely collect many more wins before all is said and done, as even on a poor shooting night, Golden State was able to cruise to a rather routine victory (which is certainly a testament to their depth, as well as their will to win).
As usual, however, the Splash Brothers led the way this evening.
Stephen Curry finished with 36 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals.
Klay Thompson was also brilliant, tallying 25 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds, and 1 block.
The Warriors will look to improve their stellar record on Wednesday night, as they return home for a date with the Detroit Pistons.
